Design-Build & Permitting
Layout redesign, structural drawings, and municipal permitting for the conversion, handled in-house so design and construction stay connected.
Project Management
Scheduling, trade coordination, and budget tracking through the full renovation, with one point of contact from site review to handover.

Property Review
We walk the property, assess its condition, and evaluate whether the layout and lot support a two-unit conversion.
Redesign & Estimate
Layout drawings for the two units and a fixed-price renovation estimate, so the numbers are clear before work starts.
Permits & Scheduling
We handle municipal permitting for the conversion and lock in a renovation schedule with defined milestones.
Renovation
Structural, mechanical, and cosmetic work carried out unit by unit, with weekly progress updates.
Handover
Final inspection, deficiency list closed out, and both units documented and ready for tenants.
