State Builders Canada is the Saskatchewan division of State Builders, based in Regina. We take homes that need work and convert them into two-unit rental properties — through full renovation and redesign, not new construction.
Why Saskatchewan
State Builders was founded on a simple premise: treat every project with the same attention to detail, no matter its size. Our Saskatchewan division applies that approach to a specific niche — older homes with good bones that need real work — and turns them into two-unit rental properties, based out of our Regina office.
What we hold ourselves to
To deliver every renovation on time, treat every property with the same level of care regardless of its condition going in, and build rentals that hold up to real tenant use, not just a walkthrough. We aim to leave no detail unattended to and no client wondering where their project stands.
Safety First
Every site runs on documented safety practices, held to the same standard on day one as on the last day of a build.
On-Time Delivery
We build the schedule into the estimate, not after it. Delays get flagged early, not discovered at the walkthrough.
Energy-Conscious Design
Prairie winters set the design brief. We build envelopes and systems suited to Saskatchewan's climate, not a generic spec.
